  • 1 cup apple cider
  • ½ cup applesauce or apple butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a bundt pan with baking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix apple cider and applesauce.
  4. In a stand mixer, beat softened butter, canola oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until combined.
  6. Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternately with the apple cider mixture until smooth.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
