- 1 pound (450g) cremini or button mushrooms, cleaned and halved
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and halve larger ones.
