  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Chopped fresh chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the sweet potatoes and pierce them several times with a fork.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cinnamon, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss the sweet potatoes in this mixture until fully coated.
