  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, sliced
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. Wash, peel, and thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer potato slices in the baking dish, pouring some cream mixture over each layer and adding cheese.
