  • 100 grams crumbled blue cheese
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams chopped walnuts
  • 68 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F).
