  • 3 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted plant-based butter
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. Once melted, add the mini vegan marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated. Gently mix in the fresh blueberries.
  3. Lightly grease a 9×9-inch pan or line it with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the pan and press down evenly without compacting too much.
  4. Let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  5. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if needed.
  6. Drizzle glaze over cooled treats and let set for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares.
