  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar, and water. Stir constantly until it reaches 305°F (150°C) on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  3. Add mini pretzels to the caramel mixture, stirring gently until well-coated.
  4. Transfer coated pretzels onto the cooling rack placed over the baking sheet without overlapping.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes to dry out the caramel coating.
  6. Allow to cool completely on the rack before serving.
