  • 3 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 6 Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Garlic and herb seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season cubed chicken with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until done.
  2. Meanwhile, boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  3. Hollow out Kaiser rolls by slicing off the tops and removing the insides.
  4. Brush the insides of bread bowls with melted butter mixed with seasoning.
  5. Toast hollowed rolls in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 4-5 minutes until golden.
  6. Combine cooked chicken, pasta, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl; mix well.
  7. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake filled bowls for another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
