  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until one minute shy of al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 3-quart baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. Increase heat to medium; add shredded chicken and ranch seasoning to the skillet. Stir until heated through.
  5. Prepare the sauce by adding butter and garlic to the skillet; cook until fragrant. Whisk in flour, followed by heavy cream and half-and-half until thickened.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese and half of both mozzarella and cheddar until melted. Combine with pasta, chicken mixture, and half of the turkey bacon.
  7. Transfer to the baking dish; top with remaining cheeses and bacon bits. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
