  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallows crème
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt before gradually combining with the wet mixture.
  5. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Press the dough into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  7. Spread the vegan marshmallows crème over the cooled cookie base.
