  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • â…“ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder in another bowl.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients with sour cream into the creamed mixture until combined.
  5. Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar mix, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mix.
