  • ½ cup orange bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup white apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
