  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package of Hawaiian rolls (12 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until fluffy.
  4. Cook turkey bacon until crispy; cut into pieces.
