Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package store-bought puff pastry (thawed; two-sheet pack)
  • 1/2 can cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 wheel brie cheese (cut into 24 ½” cubes)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (crushed)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the puff pastry package instructions. Roll out the thawed pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  2. Place a cube of brie in the center of each rectangle, add a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
  3. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges tightly. Brush each bite with an egg wash made from whisking together egg yolk and milk.
  4. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
  5. Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh rosemary and serving.
