  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them. Top with spinach and diced tomatoes.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to seal.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps seam-side down until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes), then flip and cook the other side for an additional 3–4 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing in half and serve warm.
