  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 8 oz uncooked pasta (elbow macaroni or shells recommended)

  3. Pour chicken broth over the chicken until submerged.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours until chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and return to the pot.
  6. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan until melted.
  7. Add uncooked pasta and mix well to ensure it's submerged.
  8. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.
