  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  2. Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandolin or sharp knife.
