  • 1 cup leeks (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a greased 5-quart Crock Pot, combine the cubed stuffing, chopped leeks, dried cranberries, golden raisins, and chopped pecans.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, ground mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
