Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Activate the yeast: In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water. Let sit for about five minutes until foamy.
  2. 2. Create the dough: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. 3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. 4. Fill muffin cups: Spoon the risen dough into greased muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. 5. Add flavor toppings: Drizzle olive oil over the muffins, then sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  6. 6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown on top.
  7. 7. Cool slightly before serving.
