  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture, stirring until a sticky dough forms. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon the risen dough into muffin cups, filling them three-quarters full. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and flaky salt.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
