Ingredients
Scale
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ cup sliced green onions
½ cup shredded carrots (optional, for crunch)
1 soft-boiled egg, halved (for topping)
Sesame seeds & nori strips, for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Add in your sliced chicken and toss well to coat. Letting it marinate for about 10 minutes helps infuse those bold flavors into every bite.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add your marinated chicken and cook until it's golden brown and fully cooked through—about 5-6 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes to your simmering sauce. Let it thicken slightly—about 2-3 minutes—then stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain them when done, toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking, then set aside.
Divide those warm ramen noodles into serving bowls and generously spoon over your creamy garlic sauce. Top each bowl with your fiery chicken strips along with green onions and shredded carrots if using!
Finish off with a soft-boiled egg halved on each bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds and nori strips for extra flair. Serve immediately while everything's still warm.
