  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 yellow squashes
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Trim the ends off the asparagus and cut the zucchini and squash into bite-sized pieces.
