- 1 pound asparagus
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 yellow squashes
- 6 button mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Trim the ends off the asparagus and cut the zucchini and squash into bite-sized pieces.
