  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for dairy-free)
  • 1 egg (or flaxseed meal mixed with water)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
