  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until fully cooked. Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté the shredded Brussels sprouts until soft and caramelized.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet along with sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir until well combined.
  4. Serve hot over rice or quinoa, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
