  • 1 cup chocolate chips for topping
  • 1 tsp coconut oil for topping
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well mixed.
  2. Line a cutting board or plate with parchment paper. Press the cookie dough mixture into an even layer about 1/2-inch thick.
