  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
