  • Light Brown Sugar: 1 cup (200g), packed
  • Granulated Sugar: 1/2 cup (100g)
  • Large Eggs: 2
  • Vanilla Extract: 2 teaspoons
  • All-Purpose Flour: 1 1/2 cups (180g)
  • Baking Soda: 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cinnamon: 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats: 3 cups (270g)
  • Powdered Sugar: 2 cups (240g)
  • Milk or Cream: 3-4 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
