  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, then fold in sour cream. Pour over crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice; spread evenly over the cheesecake layer.
