  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups cooked Japanese short-grain rice
  • Shredded cabbage
