  • 2 lbs red potatoes, washed
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons herb seasoning (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) with a baking pan containing the butter.
  2. Cut washed red potatoes in half and score each half.
  3. In a bowl, mix Parmesan with 2 tablespoons herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
