Ingredients

  • Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Fresh rosemary (or thyme/sage)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, butter, herbs, salt, pepper, and garlic base. Heat until melted; stir in all but 1/4 cup of Parmesan.
  4. Thinly slice the potatoes and arrange them in the baking dish without overlapping too much.
  5. Pour the infused cream mixture over the potatoes and cover with greased aluminum foil.
  6. Bake covered for 45 minutes then uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes until tender and golden.
