  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter, at room temperature
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into a buttered 9×9 baking dish.
  3. In the same bowl, cream together brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and another teaspoon of cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats until well combined.
  4. Crumble the oat mixture over the peach filling evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
