  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup jelly (grape or strawberry)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Mix in peanut butter, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan and dollop jelly over it. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Add remaining batter on top with more jelly and swirl again.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
