  • 4 large eggs (1 egg and 3 eggs separated)
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare a springform or round cake pan by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it lightly.
