  • 1 and 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or your choice of nuts)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until sandy. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the preserves, gently swirling it in.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top, pressing down lightly.
  6. Scatter white chocolate chips across the surface.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into squares.
