  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 32 oz cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • Salted caramel sauce
