  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and thaw the puff pastry.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, artichokes, parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and spread the filling evenly over half of it. Fold the other half over the filling.
  4. Cut into strips and twist each strip gently to create swirls.
  5. Brush with egg wash (beaten egg with water) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 22-24 minutes until golden brown.
