  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 8 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 package soft boursin cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 4 to 6 large portobello mushroom caps

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the portobello caps by wiping them with a damp cloth and remove stems and gills.
  3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, boursin cheese, egg, and dijon mustard until well combined.
