  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 2 Tbsp rice apple vinegar
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 46 tortillas

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, coleslaw mix, cilantro, and peanuts. Drizzle with peanut sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften them.
  4. Divide filling among warm tortillas and wrap tightly. Serve immediately.
