  • 1 large avocado, diced

  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
