- 16 oz mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F (120 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the egg white until frothy. Add the mixed nuts and toss until well coated.
- Pour in the honey and sprinkle the spices over the nut mixture; stir until evenly combined.
- Spread the nuts on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer and roast for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes for even roasting.
- Allow to cool before breaking apart any chunks and enjoy!
